How We Work
Our process is built on clear communication and collaboration. Here is a breakdown of our approach to every project.
Our Process: We typically follow a five-step process: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Check out the video at left for more details. We'll partner with you through each phase, ensuring we're aligned on goals and deliverables from start to finish.
What We Need From You: To keep your project on track, we'll need your help with a few key things. Please designate a primary point of contact for feedback and questions and provide us with timely access to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and any necessary company resources.
Your Feedback & Revisions: We include two rounds of revisions for each project deliverable to ensure you're completely satisfied. To help us work efficiently, please consolidate all feedback from your team and provide it to us in a single document.

We've compiled answers to some of the most common questions we receive. If you have a question that isn't listed here, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What tools do you use? We are proficient in a wide range of industry-standard tools, including Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and others.
How long will my project take? Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the project, but we will provide a detailed project schedule following our kick-off meeting. Factors like the scope of content and the speed of client feedback can affect the timeline.
What's an SME? An SME is a Subject Matter Expert. These are the key individuals from your team who provide us with the specific knowledge and content we need to build your learning materials.
How do we handle the technical side of the project? We've got that covered. Our expertise extends beyond content creation to a full understanding of the technical specifications required for your project's success. We will consult with your IT or LMS administrator to ensure all content is compatible with your Learning Management System (LMS) and other platforms. Don't have learning management system? No problem. We will work with you to identify a platform that will meet your unique needs and budget. We can also provide detailed specifications for file types, hosting requirements, and other technical needs.
How does billing work? We require a 25% deposit to begin any project. The final payment is due upon project completion and your final approval of the deliverables.

We are physically located in Allen, Texas. If you are located in the DFW Metroplex, we can schedule time to meet in office to discuss your project at the following location:

If you are located elsewhere or need to meet virtually, we can accommodate that as well via Zoom.
