3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, content, access to subject matter experts (SMEs), and timely feedback required to complete a project as outlined in the service agreement. Delays in providing these materials may impact project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final payment for a project as outlined in the service agreement, the client will be retain ownership of assets created, unless otherwise stated in the project service agreement. Genesis Education Consulting will retain ownership of any images or graphics used in the creation of learning assets, except those supplied by the client. We retain the right to use project examples, case studies, or other materials in our portfolio for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Genesis Education Consulting is a sole proprietorship. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

6. Confidentiality

We agree to treat all client-provided information as confidential. We will not disclose any proprietary or confidential information to third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
